Located in the exclusive Montport area of fashionable Puerto de Andratx, this project has taken an existing house and practically rebuilt the entire property to provide an exciting new design that almost bears no relation to the original house. Some areas of the original property had to be demolished in order to substantially increase the overall constructed area to provide a new spacious layout featuring four bedrooms with four bathrooms, a fabulous open plan living/dining area with views across Puerto de Andratx, large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors onto the outside terrace running along the entire front of the house with a large pool. Even the position of the pool had to be changed to create new exterior distribution and design.
